Purple Heart - Inlaid

The Purple Heart is presented to those who serve in the United States military and have been wounded or killed in action. The Purple Heart medal features a profile of George Washington in uniform, topped by his family coat of arms between green leaves within a heart-shaped, purple-enameled medal bordered in bronze.
